Position: Sales Director

Job Description:

Reporting to President/CEO. Primary duties include:

• Expanding HFR’s Index & Data licensing businesses with focus on new enterprise level relationships with leading financial institutions
• Demonstrated presentation abilities including client in-person and public forum presentations
• Developing strategic plans and new commercial models for growing HFR’s Index licensing business
• Managing the implementation and optimization of Contract Management Lifecycle tools (Salesforce/DocuSign)
• Developing and implementing marketing plans to maximize the exposure to HFR Index Data Products
• Defining and developing product-related content for external use, including product marketing and advertising materials
• Managing direct reports, overseeing team member performance, compliance with Company policies, and achievement of goals
• Adheres to all company procedures and policies
• Represents the company’s best interests in their individual actions

Job Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree
• 8+ years of industry experience and a demonstrated expertise in the marketing and sales of licensed data products, indices or other intellectual property
• Detailed understanding of and experience with index benchmark use cases, including tracking & derivative product structuring
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot and DocuSign
• Skilled at manipulating data utilizing tools such as Excel and SQL database programs
• Able to work independently and with minimal direction
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
